+ 衍生文化著作(如翻譯)，須得到改作權的授權，衍生之前須得到著作同意。
+ 編輯著作，如百科全書有很多的著作，彼此可能不需要溝通，裡面的各個章節是獨立的，只是在同一個空間存在。
+ 韓國促進公眾資料提供與利用法(類似台灣的組織法)，成立資料中心單位處理相關資料。
